AI Program Manager

As an integral part of the AI Transformation Team within the CFO organization, you'll drive strategic projects, manage AI use cases, and foster workforce evolution—all remotely over a 9-12 month engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI in finance and work alongside senior leadership to implement impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate AI transformation programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage cross-functional work streams including use case implementation, governance frameworks, and workforce development.
- Develop and execute communication plans to promote awareness, adoption, and trust within the finance organization.
- Identify blockers and craft strategic solutions to accelerate project progress.
- Serve as a thought partner to executive stakeholders, providing insights and driving execution.
Required Skills:
- Strong background in finance, with experience building or leading AI tool development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly curious about AI and its organizational impact.
