Job Title: Analog IC Design Engineer

Required Skills:
- MS degree with 8+ years of relevant industry experience, or Ph.D. with 5+ years of industry experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design
- Strong proficiency in designing control loop circuits including data converters, amplifiers, drivers, comparators, and bandgap references
- Solid understanding of CMOS device characteristics, noise, mismatch, linearity, and trade-offs in analog design
- Hands-on experience with Cadence Design Environment for schematic capture, simulation, and layout verification
- Proven ability to test and validate analog circuits in a laboratory setting
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple engineering disciplines
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with photonics or laser integrated circuits
- Knowledge of post-layout and mixed-signal top-level simulation techniques
- Familiarity with formal design review processes and documentation standards
- Exposure to process variation analysis and calibration techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field, with at least 8 years of relevant industry experience, or
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site or in a hybrid setting depending on project needs
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings, reviews, or testing collaborations
- Candidate must demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning
