In this critical role, you will manage high-volume AP transactions, perform vendor statement reconciliations, and execute 2/3 way matching in NetSuite, ensuring seamless and accurate financial operations. Your expertise will help the company maintain its energetic momentum and uphold the highest standards of financial integrity in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with full-cycle accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables)
- Strong knowledge of 2/3 way matching in NetSuite
- Vendor statement reconciliation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage high volumes of invoices (around 500/month)
- Excellent communication skills, capable of documenting steps clearly
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setting, participating in virtual meetings and training
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with AI integration in financial processes
- Previous experience in SaaS or technology sectors
- Familiarity with AP software and automation tools
- Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus but not required
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Prior full-cycle AP experience is essential
- Recent college graduates with a passion for accounting or finance are encouraged to apply, provided they have relevant experience
- Professionals with at least 2-3 years of AP experience preferred
