We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Application Developer to help us elevate our Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud. What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and declarative tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, estimate effort, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Support, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Salesforce applications to ensure peak performance.
  • Build integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
  • Maintain and update unit tests to achieve comprehensive code coverage (75%+), ensuring robust and reliable deployments.
  • Follow best practices for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies utilizing Salesforce DX, GitHub, and modern IDE tools.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Apex development (classes, triggers, batch/schedulable, queueable Apex).
  • Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
  • Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL queries, governor limits, and query optimization.
  • Experience with declarative automation tools: Flow, validation rules, workflow.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data and security models, as well as multi-org environments.
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and middleware.
  • Knowledge of version control (GitHub), Salesforce DX, and CI/CD processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform Developer I certifications.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and mobile app development.
  • Understanding of SQL and UI design principles.
  • Knowledge of middleware tools and deployment in complex environments.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in Salesforce development, ideally in fast-paced corporate settings.

  • Location: Remote (EST hours preferred)
