What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and declarative tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, estimate effort, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Support, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Salesforce applications to ensure peak performance.
- Build integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
- Maintain and update unit tests to achieve comprehensive code coverage (75%+), ensuring robust and reliable deployments.
- Follow best practices for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies utilizing Salesforce DX, GitHub, and modern IDE tools.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Apex development (classes, triggers, batch/schedulable, queueable Apex).
- Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL queries, governor limits, and query optimization.
- Experience with declarative automation tools: Flow, validation rules, workflow.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data and security models, as well as multi-org environments.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and middleware.
- Knowledge of version control (GitHub), Salesforce DX, and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform Developer I certifications.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and mobile app development.
- Understanding of SQL and UI design principles.
- Knowledge of middleware tools and deployment in complex environments.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in Salesforce development, ideally in fast-paced corporate settings.
