AR/OTC Consultant (Part-Time) – Immediate Opportunity to Transform Billing Operations

In this critical position, you will own the day-to-day billing operations, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve upstream data issues, and apply your expertise to streamline and elevate existing practices. Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on AR, billing, or order-to-cash experience in a B2B environment
- Proven expertise in manual billing processes, especially with SFDC, Google Intake forms, and usage-based SaaS agreements
- Strong data management skills, familiarity with Bill.com, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Ramp
- Ability to identify process gaps and implement best practices
- Excellent communication skills to partner effectively across departments
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience managing prepaid annual agreements and hosted SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of AI and automation tools to enhance billing workflows
- Prior involvement in SaaS or high-growth technology companies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant AR or billing experience, with a focus on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration
Other Requirements:
- Remote work environment with flexible hours, peaking at 20-25 hours during busy periods and tapering to 15-20 hours thereafter
- Comfortable working independently with a manual process, applying best practices to improve existing workflows
