- Experience managing accounting around restricted fund payments from a higher ed institution-
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Intermediate Excel skills

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Controller
for a temporary engagement to bolster our financial operations, specifically focusing on the meticulous oversight of Restricted Funds
. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in higher education
and hands-on expertise with Workday
, which will be essential for spearheading comprehensive general ledger cleanup
initiatives. You will take ownership of the full grant management lifecycle—including the nuances of capitalization and fixed assets
—ensuring that every transaction, regardless of dollar amount, adheres to strict restricted fund compliance. This role requires a high level of precision in managing payments and a deep understanding of fund accounting to maintain the integrity of our institutional records.
