Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Coupa & NetSuite Integration & Support
Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst with a knack for resolving complex system issues and optimizing procurement and finance processes? We are seeking a skilled BSA to become a vital part of our dynamic team, supporting and enhancing our Coupa and NetSuite environments. Required Skills:
- 4–7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or Finance Systems Support
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP environments
- Strong support background with Coupa or similar procurement/AP platforms
- Proven troubleshooting skills related to integrations, workflows, and transactional issues
- Experience supporting operational tickets and providing excellent user support
- Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, procurement, and finance operations
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong documentation and process improvement skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience supporting or implementing integrations between Coupa and NetSuite
- Knowledge of automation tools and operational efficiency strategies
- Experience participating in UAT, system testing, and release management
- Familiarity with workflow configuration and system enhancement activities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
- Relevant certifications in ERP or procurement platforms are a plus
- Relevant experience in a fast-paced support or operational environment
Other Requirements:
- This position is fully remote, supporting EST working hours
- Availability for a 1-week exclusivity window to fill the role
- Willingness to participate in interviews, including a technical/culture fit round
Compensation:
Financials: $145/hr bill rate
