Title:
Seismic Enablement BSA
Job Type:
Full-time/Direct-Hire
Target Start Date:
ASAP
Work Location/Structure:
Boston, MA (Hybrid — 3 days onsite)
About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in asset management, is looking for a skilled Seismic Enablement BSA
to join their team for a full-time engagement. This project involves serving as the technical owner and optimizer of the Seismic ecosystem, ensuring it’s fully configured, integrated, and leveraged across distribution, marketing, compliance, and data teams. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
-
Seismic platform configuration and optimization — managing permissions, templates, content structures, metadata, and automation workflows to support global client-facing teams.
-
Integrating Seismic with data sources and marketing systems (CRM, data warehouses, portfolio analytics) using SQL and scripting tools to automate updates, accuracy checks, and content delivery.
-
Developing and maintaining VBA/SQL-based automations that connect Seismic assets (pitchbooks, commentaries, reports) with investment and performance data, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
-
Collaborating across Marketing, Distribution, and IT to enhance content governance, version control, and global compliance alignment.
-
Partnering with sales enablement and analytics to produce dashboards, usage metrics, and adoption insights that drive better decision-making.
-
Working closely with the Enablement and Technology leads to scale the platform’s capabilities as new business units and markets are onboarded.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
-
2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
-
Deep expertise in 1+ years working with the Seismic platform (configuration, not just content usage), proficiency in SQL for reporting, integration, and data manipulation, and strong VBA / scripting experience (Excel automation, report generation, or data validation). This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
-
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
-
Experience with configuring and maintaining enterprise enablement or content automation tools, and a background in asset management, investment management, or financial services (preferred).
-
Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
