About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in the Autonomous Vehicle space, is looking for a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their team for a 4+ month contract engagement (with a strong possibility of extension). This project involves the day-to-day product and project management of their new intranet platform, focusing on driving user registrations and developing innovative ways to increase employee engagement across the company. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Platform Management: Support the day-to-day product and project management of the intranet platform, focusing on continuing to drive registrations and developing innovative ways to increase employee engagement.
- Feature Implementation: Support the development, testing, and implementation of new platform features and functionalities, working closely with the Communications & Marketing and Enterprise Technology teams.
- Data Analysis & Strategy: Monitor platform metrics and analytics to present insights that shape the overall intranet strategy, and offer strategy and ideas for using the platform to boost productivity.
- User Feedback & Improvement: Regularly work with company employees to get user feedback and insights to continuously improve the platform experience.
- Vendor & Content Support: Support ad-hoc editorial content needs, such as publishing content, and work with the platform vendor as needed to escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Business Analyst or Project Manager role within an Internal Communications or Technology environment.
- Deep expertise in intranet or similar internal engagement corporate tools/applications. (Knowledge and experience with Staffbase is a major plus.) This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals, leveraging strong project management, stakeholder management, and time management skills.
- Experience with understanding data, metrics, and presenting insights to shape strategy.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team. (Experience with design, User Interface (UI), and User Experience (UX) is a plus.)
