 About the Opportunity: 
Our client, a leader in FinTech, is looking for a skilled  Business Process Analyst 
 to join their team for a contract engagement. This project involves focusing on enhancements for CRM, CPQ, and Order Form presentation, and leading run-the-business bug, feature, and enhancement requests within the CRM, CPQ, CLM, and ERP systems. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
 Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: 
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with Finance stakeholders to understand their requests, needs, and desires.
- Translating pain points into enhancement or bug requests and collecting relevant details.
- Hosting meetings with Finance stakeholders and other cross-functional business partners to prioritize enhancement requests.
- Monitoring relevant enhancements in Jira, ServiceNow, and Slack channels.
- Understanding complex business challenges and transcribing them into easy-to-comprehend technical requirements.
- Collaborating with the IT team and other cross-functional systems teams during the design, implementation, and testing phases of technical work.
- Navigating within Salesforce, CLM, and Oracle UI in production and sandboxes to understand pain points and hiccups, grab relevant screenshots, ask pointed questions, and support UAT testing.
- Preparing user training documents and delivering user training or collaborating with change management colleagues.
- Managing workload independently, remaining organized and communicative to provide updates, attend team calls, highlight risks, and raise escalations.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of progressive experience as a process analyst/business system analyst/transformation analyst doing functional work within a business Finance team.
- Deep expertise in RevOps and Finance process areas (QTC, S2P, R2R, Projects), Salesforce, Conga CPQ, Docusign CLM, and Oracle Cloud ERP. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Experience in business transformational projects/programs globally, and in SaaS-based companies.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team, and excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
