Join a dynamic team as a Business Systems Analyst focused on revolutionizing core business applications that drive hardware operations, supply chain, and finance functions. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical design and operational excellence, enabling rapid deployment, cross-functional collaboration, and system optimization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with Hardware Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to analyze, map, and refine business processes, translating needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Design, configure, test, and implement NetSuite ERP solutions using standard functionality, custom configurations, and third-party integrations.
  • Lead end-to-end system implementation projects by producing comprehensive requirements documentation, configuration specifications, UAT plans, and issue logs.
  • Develop and execute SQL/PL-SQL queries, craft custom reports, and deliver actionable data insights to support operational and financial decision-making.
  • Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for mission-critical systems, ensuring optimal performance in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and optimizing NetSuite ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of finance, operations management, and supply chain or manufacturing workflows.
  • 2-3 years of experience with JavaScript (SuiteScript preferred), SQL, or comparable scripting languages to develop custom scripts and dynamic reports.
  • Expertise in data analysis and management with advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data mapping).
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC processes, including system integration and UAT testing.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a relevant field.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working within the consumer electronics, hardware, or robotics industries.
  • Familiarity with hardware product lifecycle management and bill-of-materials (BOM) processes.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse technical and executive stakeholders.

Other Requirements:

  • Location: San Mateo, CA (Hybrid/Onsite)
  • Contract Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
  • Work Authorization: Open to W2 or C2C arrangements
  • This position requires the ability to work onsite in San Mateo, CA, with some flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
