Required Skills:
- 3–6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume procurement requests with accuracy
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficiency with procurement platforms such as Coupa, ZIP, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Workday, or similar
- Familiarity with contract databases like IronClad or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting high-growth technology companies
- Knowledge of procurement policies and controls within fast-paced environments
- Cross-functional experience with Legal, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams
- Familiarity with supplier onboarding and vendor management processes
- Experience with process improvements and automation initiatives
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Relevant procurement or supply chain certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) are a plus
- Experience supporting remote teams in a technology-driven organization
