Change Practitioner - Payroll Transformation
Overview:
Join a dynamic finance transformation team as a Change Practitioner dedicated to a critical Payroll System Transition. Required Skills:
- Proven experience in change management within complex finance or HR systems implementations
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and systems, preferably with Dayforce experience or extensive ERP/payroll implementation background (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday)
- Demonstrated ability to execute change management plans, facilitate training sessions, and support organizational adoption
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills tailored to finance professionals
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project waves with strict deadlines
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience supporting system migrations involving Dayforce or similar payroll platforms
- Knowledge of change impact assessments and transition planning
- Familiarity with Deloitte or other consulting firms involved in system integrations
- Certified change management practitioner (e.g., Prosci)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in change management or related roles within finance transformation projects
Other Requirements:
- Location: Remote; candidates must work PST hours or be willing to accommodate PST schedule
- This is a contract role expected to run initially from October through January, with potential extension through 2028 across multiple project phases
- Ability to commit to working standard PST hours in a remote setting
- Strong understanding of finance organization dynamics and a track record of meeting tight deadlines
