Channel Project Coordinator

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing channel programs, partner success, sales enablement, or related domains
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly and grasp workflows and tools with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering empathetic and professional service
  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities, triaging issues efficiently while utilizing sound judgment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and track inquiries through resolution
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Salesforce preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with partner programs such as Elevate
  • Familiarity with partner data management systems
  • Prior experience supporting cross-functional teams remotely
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Relevant experience in channel sales, partner management, or program coordination

Other Requirements:

  • Location: Fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in North Carolina
  • Employment Type: W2 only
  • Duration: 4-5 months, with an immediate start preferred
  • Must be available to work proactively during the project timeline
