- 3-5 years of experience in managing channel programs, partner success, sales enablement, or related domains
- Proven ability to adapt quickly and grasp workflows and tools with minimal supervision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
- Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering empathetic and professional service
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities, triaging issues efficiently while utilizing sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and track inquiries through resolution
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Salesforce preferred

- Location: Fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in North Carolina
- Employment Type: W2 only
