Client Billing Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review, prepare, and finalize client invoices in accordance with attorney and client guidelines.

Monitor and verify daily billing activity for accuracy and completeness.

Generate time and billing reports using specialized database software.

Print and distribute attorney pre-bills and billing-related reports; create custom (ad hoc) reports as requested by attorneys or clients.

Provide training and support to attorneys and staff on billing tools including ExpertImage, iTimekeep, and PrebillManager.

Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn and utilize a variety of third-party e-billing platforms.

Serve as a backup for the Client Billing team during absences and assist other Finance areas as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s degree in Management, Finance, or a related field required.

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in an accounting or billing role preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Prior experience working in a law firm setting is highly preferred.

Solid foundation in basic math and accounting principles; aptitude for numerical accuracy and working with financial data and billing systems.

Ability to perform accurate and consistent calculations quickly, particularly in the context of accounting or spreadsheet work.
