CNC Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day CNC operations for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools 9.2.X, including Weblogic 14.1.X and Oracle Database 19C
- Maintain, configure, and support EnterpriseOne 9.2 (CNC technology, connectivity, and infrastructure)
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and business teams to ensure system stability and performance
- Support multiple environments (Pristine, Development, PY, Production)
- Administer SQL databases, perform root cause analysis through logs, and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Handle OMW object promotions, package builds, deployments, and system updates
- Coordinate with CNC support partners and internal teams for seamless operations
- Maintain user profiles, security, batch jobs, queues, and print services
- Assist in change management processes and adhere to SOX and audit requirements
- Leverage standard productivity and reporting tools to streamline tasks
Required Skills:
- 5-10+ years in IT with recent hands-on experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC environments
- Proficiency in JD Edwards Tools 9.2.X, Weblogic 14.1.X, and Oracle Database 19C
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
- Experience with full-cycle implementations, upgrades, or migrations of EnterpriseOne
- Expertise in OMW object promotions, package builds, and system deployment
- Familiarity with troubleshooting, logs management, and service desk systems such as ServiceNow
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and OS administration
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and enterprise collaboration tools
Nice to Have Skills:
- Vertex O and Q financial systems familiarity
- Experience with QSOFT and ALL OUT supporting user profiles, security, and SOD
- Knowledge of OneView Reporting (OVR) and E1 Pages
- Audit and SOX compliance experience
- Understanding of change management and system upgrade best practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments in a similar capacity
- Proven track record of supporting enterprise ERP systems in a team environment
Other Requirements:
- This is a primarily remote role with occasional onsite visits if necessary within Santa Cruz or Houston
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to start ASAP and commit to a 12+ month contract
