Job Title: Commercial IT Solutions Architect

This contract position offers the opportunity to lead critical projects, architect scalable solutions, and ensure platform stability across multiple therapeutic areas. Required Skills:
- 5+ years supporting pharma commercial applications as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead
- Deep expertise with Commercial Data Warehousing, Master Data Management (MDM), and ServiceNow within GxP regulated environments
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead projects end-to-end
- Strong technical communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Hands-on experience architecting and overseeing integrations across systems (CRM, data warehouses, downstream analytics)
- Ability to serve as L2/L3 escalation support for complex incidents, ensuring quick resolution and platform stability
- Knowledge of GxP compliance, validation standards, and IT governance best practices
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Align, and other commercial cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs applications and workflows
- Experience in scaling and optimizing commercial applications across multiple regions or teams
- Certification in relevant technologies or project management methodologies
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Previous experience working in regulated GxP environments within the pharma or biotech industry
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale deployment or support of commercial IT platforms
Other Requirements:
- Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (onsite required as needed)
- Contract Duration: 6-12 months, with a target start date of 08/31/2026
- Must be comfortable supporting and leading technical support operations and projects in a regulated environment
