Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize cost accounting workflows within NetSuite, supporting cutting-edge semiconductor and hardware production.
- Establish and oversee standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead, analyzing variances to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to accurately model costs, understanding project scope, timelines, and resource needs.
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting efforts in collaboration with FP&A, ensuring financial alignment.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and obsolescence reviews.
- Drive continuous improvements to scale cost processes as the business accelerates growth.
- Contribute to non-cost projects as needed, leveraging your cross-functional influence.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
- 8+ years of cost accounting experience, with a minimum of 5 years within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven expertise with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite.
- Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, capable of managing complex datasets.

- Experience with financial automation tools and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of inventory management, valuation, and obsolescence strategies.
- Strong communication skills to influence cross-departmental teams.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree a plus.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing cost accounting, specifically within high-tech or semiconductor sectors.
