About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in Enterprise Cloud Services, is looking for a skilled Demand Intake Manager to join their team for a 4-5 months engagement. This project involves leading their demand intake and prioritization process across a fast-paced professional services organization to align new project and service requests with business strategy and delivery capacity. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Own and optimize the pre-sales demand intake process across all business units.
- Evaluate pre-sales deals for completeness, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Lead pre-sales opportunity reviews from a Delivery perspective, driving intake and prioritization sessions with key stakeholders.
- Maintain dashboards and reports to track demand trends and portfolio decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to balance client demand with delivery capacity and set client expectations for delivery dates.
- Transition sales wins to Delivery, ensuring that information is correct, complete, and enables Delivery Leaders, Project Managers, and resources are aligned to maximize efficiencies and exceed customer expectations.
- Identify and implement process improvements that streamline intake workflows.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in coordinating pre-sales opportunities for clarity and completeness, as well as 3+ years of project management (professional services preferred).
- Deep expertise in leading demand intake and prioritization processes within a professional services organization. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Experience with evaluating pre-sales deals, driving intake and prioritization sessions with key stakeholders, and transitioning sales wins to delivery.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
