Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience, with advanced proficiency in Excel and statistical software (e.g., SAS, Emblem).
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage moderate to high complexity projects.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and requirement documentation.
- Experience conducting deep analyses and supporting strategic decision-making within insurance or finance sectors.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with pricing or product ecosystems within insurance industries.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to insurance pricing.
