Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in administrative, data management, or related project work with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including data organization, validation, reconciliation, and manipulation techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of electronic files and data accurately
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to follow established procedures, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Discretion when managing confidential and sensitive information
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and meet strict project timelines

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Workday, particularly with Employee Data Files (EIBs) or HR data preparation
  • Familiarity with enterprise file management platforms such as Egnyte or similar systems
  • Background in employee records, HR documentation, or data retention policies
  • Knowledge of automation, AI, or technology tools that enhance data processing efficiency

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Relevant experience in data or document management roles
  • Background in HR or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Prior experience with large-scale data cleanup and migration projects

Other Requirements:

  • This role is onsite in Redwood City, CA, with a hybrid work arrangement
  • Ability to work with sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • No travel requirements anticipated
