Required Skills:
- Proven experience in administrative, data management, or related project work with a focus on detail and accuracy

- Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of electronic files and data accurately
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to follow established procedures, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues appropriately
- Discretion when managing confidential and sensitive information
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and meet strict project timelines
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Workday, particularly with Employee Data Files (EIBs) or HR data preparation
