Electrical Design Engineer

In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and optimize complex electrical circuits spanning power, control, mixed-signal, and high-speed interconnect domains, contributing directly to bringing innovative hardware solutions from concept to production. Your hands-on expertise will be vital in circuit prototyping, board bring-up, signal integrity, and cross-functional hardware integration, ensuring the delivery of reliable, industry-leading products.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years or Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in schematic capture and design using Altium or equivalent EDA software
- Hands-on experience with lab experiments, hardware debugging, board bring-up, and signal testing
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems like Arena
- Strong knowledge of circuit design for high-performance applications
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience designing high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, or SerDes
- Background in electrical systems for networking, photonics, or high-performance hardware sectors
- Deep understanding of Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and Design for Excellence (DfX)
- Ability to utilize Python or other scripting languages for automation and test integration
- Knowledge of standard manufacturing, assembly, and test methodologies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven track record of designing and debugging complex electrical hardware for high-speed, high-performance systems
