Job Title: Employee Relations Partner

Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of global hire-to-retire processes and employee relations standards
- Proven experience in process streamlining and workflow automation, ideally with AI-enabled solutions
- Strong knowledge of People Operations systems such as Workday, Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools
- Ability to develop frameworks that promote consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with IT, Legal, Privacy, Security, HR, and Finance teams
- Strong documentation and governance skills to establish and maintain standard procedures and best practices
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with automation platforms such as OpenCode, AppScript, NotebookLM, Codex, or Claudecode
- Background in managing compliance and audit processes on a global scale
- Familiarity with digital HR transformation projects and technology integrations
- Certification or training in HR compliance, process improvement, or automation technologies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in People Operations, Employee Relations, or HR compliance roles
- Prior experience working in fast-paced, global organizations with cross-functional collaboration preferred
Other Requirements:
- Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX; 2-3 days per week onsite)
- Employment Type: W2 only
- Duration: 5+ months, with the possibility of extension
- Travel: Minimal; primarily local to Austin, TX
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-inclusive environment and managing multiple projects concurrently
