Engineering Admin (Part-Time/Onsite) – Braintree, MA

What You'll Do:

  • Provide flexible administrative support across various functions, from managing supplies and procurement to assisting light accounting tasks.
  • Support daily office operations, including data entry, documentation, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist with vendor communications, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Contribute to employee onboarding, training documentation, and certification tracking.
  • Support internal and external meetings, marketing initiatives, and company events.
  • Monitor project deadlines and operational milestones, providing timely reminders and updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and operational systems.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable performing data entry and front-of-computer tasks for extended periods.
  • Good personality with a fun, team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with SharePoint or similar document management platforms.
  • Background in light accounting or financial support.
  • Previous experience supporting operations or administrative functions in a professional services environment.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • This position is onsite in Braintree, MA.
  • Occasionally, minimal domestic travel (less than 10%) may be required for events or client meetings.
  • Flexibility in your schedule (e.g., half-days, a few full days) to accommodate business needs and personal preferences.
