Job Title: Event Content & Speaker Management Specialist

Overview:

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes coordinator ensuring that every session, speaker, and piece of content aligns perfectly with event goals. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your organizational prowess and tech-savviness in a fast-paced, remote environment, supporting high-profile conferences and tradeshows.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in event coordination, speaker management, or content operations
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple spreadsheets, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Comfort with various event management platforms, mobile apps, and collaboration tools
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with speakers, executives, and external partners
  • Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure when handling last-minute changes

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working with high-profile or corporate events
  • Familiarity with content curation and session planning processes
  • Previous exposure to trade show logistics and speaker training

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant event or conference coordination experience

Other Requirements:

  • This is a remote position based on PST hours
  • Ability to support scheduled event dates and manage last-minute adjustments with professionalism and poise
  • Willingness to support additional small events and tradeshow activities as needed
