Required Skills:
- Proven experience in event coordination, speaker management, or content operations
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple spreadsheets, deadlines, and stakeholders
- Comfort with various event management platforms, mobile apps, and collaboration tools
- Strong communication skills for liaising with speakers, executives, and external partners
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure when handling last-minute changes
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with high-profile or corporate events
- Familiarity with content curation and session planning processes
- Previous exposure to trade show logistics and speaker training
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of relevant event or conference coordination experience
Other Requirements:
- This is a remote position based on PST hours
- Ability to support scheduled event dates and manage last-minute adjustments with professionalism and poise
- Willingness to support additional small events and tradeshow activities as needed
