- 12+ years of experience in program/project management,

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet and PowerPoint
- Experience in global rollouts or multi-entity implementation
- PMP certification
We are looking for someone to lead a finance transformation for the global end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Finance. This role will be responsible for managing collaboration among cross-functional teams, coordinating and directing global Subject Matter Experts, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering the program on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations (A MUST), strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive a significant finance transformation. Key job functions are:
- Act as a leader in S4 HANA Program Governance by collaborating and influencing Finance, IT, and System integrator partners to ensure agreement and alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Responsible for initiating and overseeing the major transformational areas of the implementation
- Manage a global team over 20 SME’s in Order to cash, Procure to pay, Record to report, FP&A, Audit/Controls and Reporting
- Acts as a focal point to support enabling workstreams (organizational change management, testing, data conversion, security, etc.) for Finance.
- Partners cross functionally with Commercial and Global Operations leaders to ensure alignment of program goals and core processes.
- 12+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations
- Strong understanding of finance processes (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Revenue Recognition)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- PMP certification preferred
- Understanding of data migration, integration, and reporting strategies in S/4HANA
- Experience in global rollouts or multi-entity implementation
- Conversant in Sarbanes Oxley requirements
