Finance Manager
Join a dynamic team in San Jose as a Finance Manager and play a pivotal role in driving financial operations for a leading organization. This temporary but impactful position offers an opportunity to lead critical FP&A activities, manage budgeting, and optimize process efficiencies during a key period of transition. With a hybrid work model (Tues-Thurs), you'll collaborate across departments to ensure precise financial insights and controls, supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in financial management, FP&A, or accounting
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting
- Excellent partnership and communication skills to work with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop dashboards and enhance financial reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Strong understanding of SOX controls and financial compliance
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience supporting audits and financial controls
- Automation and process improvement skills
- Experience with advanced financial tools and software
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant financial management experience
- Experience in high-tech or SaaS environments is a plus
