Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor key performance metrics and financial models
- Provide strategic insights via variance analysis and financial performance reports
- Refine and enhance financial systems, tools, and processes to support business scalability
- Support ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent professional background
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence business outcomes
- Experienced with SaaS or high-tech industries preferred
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented startup environment
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with financial systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
- Knowledge of SaaS financial metrics and KPIs
- Prior exposure to fast-scaling tech or security companies
- Additional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of finance or FP&A experience, ideally within SaaS or high-growth technology sectors
Other Requirements:
- Location: must reside in PST time zone and work PST hours
- This is a remote, long-term contract role with potential for permanent conversion after 9 months, based on company growth
- Must demonstrate reliability, ownership, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment
