A fast-growing client of ours is looking to hire a hands-on FP&A Director Consultant to support financial planning and strategic decision-making during a critical growth phase.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage the company’s financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Develop and maintain detailed SaaS financial models covering revenue growth, ARR/MRR trends, margin performance, and cash flow projections.
- Produce monthly and quarterly reporting packages with clear variance analysis and business performance insights.
- Track and analyze key SaaS performance metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and net revenue retention.
- Support leadership with scenario modeling and ad hoc financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
- Extremely detail-oriented with a highly hands-on approach to analysis and modeling.
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business environments is required.
