About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in SaaS, is looking for a skilled Glean SME
to join their team for a contract engagement. This project involves driving the effective use of the GLEAN platform across the organization, focusing on data-driven analysis, strategic enablement, and stakeholder alignment to ensure GLEAN delivers measurable business value. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the organization’s primary GLEAN platform expert, understanding its data models, dashboards, and workflow automation capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into GLEAN use cases, configurations, and reports—partnering with technical teams for implementation when needed.
- Monitor and assess GLEAN performance metrics, ensuring dashboards are accurate, consistent, and relevant to stakeholders.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret GLEAN data to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop standardized dashboards and reporting templates that communicate performance and impact clearly.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define KPIs, performance metrics, and success measures within GLEAN.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Strategy, Data Science, etc.) to embed GLEAN analytics into business processes.
- Conduct user training, onboarding, and office hours to drive GLEAN adoption and data literacy.
- Capture user feedback and work with product or data teams to prioritize platform enhancements.
- Establish and maintain data quality standards and governance frameworks for GLEAN data sources.
- Document processes, data definitions, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows or automate manual data tasks using GLEAN’s native tooling or integrations.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting roles.
- Deep expertise in GLEAN (primary platform), Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik (for complementary reporting), and Excel / Google Sheets (for ad hoc analysis and modeling). This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift (for querying and validation).
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team, especially in presenting insights to non-technical audiences.
