Global Executive Events Manager

In this strategic role, you will orchestrate seamless execution of top-tier executive events worldwide, collaborating across functions to deliver impactful experiences aligned with broader business goals. Your leadership will ensure scalable processes, vendor management excellence, and operational efficiency—propelling our event initiatives to a global standard of excellence.
Required Skills:
- 5-7+ years of experience in corporate events, executive event management, or field marketing, with a proven record of delivering impactful, high-profile events.
- Expertise in end-to-end event production, including venue sourcing, logistics, AV/staging, and post-event wrap-up.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Technical proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Asana. Familiarity with Swoogo and RainFocus is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to assessing event success and continuous improvement.
- Excellent vendor negotiation skills and budget management experience.
- Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and reporting.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with AI-driven event tools and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of additional event management platforms or enterprise tools.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with live event production and vendor management in high-visibility settings.
Other Requirements:
- Some travel may be required to support on-site event execution.
- This role is fully remote, supporting global operations through effective virtual collaboration and coordination.
