Job Title: Creative Graphic & Experiential Designer
Overview:

Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in Art Direction, with strong expertise in both graphic design and experiential environmental design
- Proven ability to translate brand systems into physical spaces, including print, signage, and environmental elements
- Demonstrated experience designing immersive and interactive activations for events, spaces, or exhibits
- Expertise in applying lighting, materiality, spatial flow, and sensory details to elevate design
- Strong storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing complex, multi-room or multi-day experience concepts
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders and align with business goals
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar software
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in wayfinding, environmental styling, or environmental branding
- Knowledge of physical sourcing, materials, and environmental styling techniques
- Experience working in hybrid or on-site environments in Mountain View, CA
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and innovative spatial solutions
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Architecture, or related field
- Extensive portfolio demonstrating successful projects that blend visual branding with experiential design

- Ability to work in a hybrid setting (Mountain View, CA)

- Ability to collaborate across creative, production, and client teams to ensure seamless project execution
