Our client, a leader in [Client's Industry, e.g., FinTech, SaaS, Healthcare], is looking for a skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join their Web Growth team for a 6-month engagement with the potential for contract-to-hire. This is a high-impact role, focused on turning visitor data into business revenue by increasing qualified leads and self-serve sign-ups. The project involves leading a high-velocity experimentation program, utilizing tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Gemini for creative acceleration, and Adobe Target for launching and rolling out winning web experiences. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the Experimentation Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end conversion roadmap, identifying friction points, developing high-impact hypotheses, and designing test plans to move core KPIs.
- Drive Leads & Sign-ups: Use A/B and multivariate testing as the primary tool to maximize self-serve conversions and enterprise lead flow, focusing on "big swings" that drive growth.
- Analyze and Iterate for Growth: Evaluate test results to extract insights and determine the next best step for the visitor journey, fueling an iterative cycle of new test ideas.
- Adobe Target Strategy and Execution: Maintain a deep understanding of Adobe Target capabilities to effectively brief Marketing Operations (MOPs) and personally configure high-urgency experiments when necessary.
- AI-Augmented Optimization: Leverage Google Gemini to synthesize complex data, draft high-converting copy variants, and brainstorm solutions to user friction.
- Data Synthesis & Insights: Deep-dive into Adobe Analytics to uncover where the funnel is leaking, turning numbers into actionable stories and briefs for stakeholders.
- Strategic Briefing & Collaboration: Draft the creative and technical blueprints for Web Production to build pages and components, and for MOPs to configure, QA, and launch experiments.
- Growth Integration: Partner with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Personalization leads to optimize landing page experiences for new AI search discovery patterns and key visitor segments.
- Roadmap Management: Prioritize the experimentation backlog in Jira, balancing business impact, strategic alignment, and velocity.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in Web Optimization, Growth, or Performance Marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable increases in leads and sign-ups.
- Deep expertise in Experimentation: Knowledge of hypothesis construction, test rigor, and audience segmentation, with a focus on business results over academic perfection.
- AI-Native Workflow: Highly literate in AI (Gemini, etc.) and uses it as a force-multiplier to work faster, write better, and think more creatively.
- Analytical Rigor: A power user of Adobe Analytics, able to navigate complex data environments to find the insights that lead to winning tests.
- Master of the Brief: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate a complex growth idea into a simple, executable brief for Production and MOPs teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Experience with [e.g., Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Git version control].
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
