We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile HR & Student Billing Associate to join our administrative team. This dual-purpose role is critical to the smooth operation of our school, balancing the precision of payroll and benefits administration with the cycle of student tuition and auxiliary billing. You will serve as a primary point of contact for our 150 employees regarding their employment needs and for families regarding their financial accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Payroll Administration
- Payroll Processing: Manage bi-weekly payroll for approximately 150 employees (90 full-time, 10% hourly), ensuring accuracy in Paylocity.
- Time Tracking: Oversee the transition and management of manual timesheets into the Paylocity system, particularly managing the influx of hourly staff during the summer months.
- Benefits & Retirement: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding retirement plans and health benefits. Lead the annual Open Enrollment process.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all payroll activities comply with school policies and legal regulations.
- Tuition Management: Execute the annual tuition billing cycle and manage ongoing payments throughout the school year.
- Auxiliary Billing: Manage monthly billing for ancillary services, including school lunches and after-school programs.
- Family Support: Professionally handle all inquiries from parents and guardians regarding billing statements, payment plans, and account balances.
