About the Opportunity:

Our client, an enterprise SaaS company focused on AI-powered talent and sales intelligence, is looking for a skilled Field Deployment Engineer  to join their Professional Services / Customer Enablement team. This high-impact role involves working directly with enterprise clients to build and implement integrations between the company's workforce intelligence platform and their internal HRIS systems. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can navigate complex technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful implementation of integration solutions and client enablement. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building and implementing end-to-end integrations between the platform and HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM.
  • Partnering with enterprise clients to understand their HRIS architecture and define specific integration requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues in close collaboration with client IT and HR operations teams.
  • Documenting integration designs, data flows, and deployment configurations to ensure ongoing stability and maintainability.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of technical implementation and client-facing engineering. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience building and coding integrations in Python.
  • Proficiency in implementing API-based integrations, including both REST and SOAP.
  • Deep experience with at least one enterprise HRIS platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM).
  • A strong command of SSO and OAuth 2.0 (implementation experience, not just configuration).
  • Solid understanding of integration design patterns, such as event-driven architecture, ETL pipelines, and data transformation.
  • Understanding of AI systems, including agentic frameworks and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with enterprise client teams to drive project success.
