This high-visibility position offers the chance to work at the intersection of cutting-edge tech development and strategic leadership, partnering closely with senior engineering and product teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your expertise will influence organizational direction, streamline processes, and ensure successful execution of complex projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of managing multi-team software projects across the full SDLC, including infrastructure, platform, or product initiatives
  • Strong technical foundation: ability to engage in architectural discussions, evaluate system design trade-offs, and assess technical risks
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence to influence stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business impact
  • Experience developing or refining program management frameworks, processes, and tools at organizational levels
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, make informed decisions under pressure, and drive clarity in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with AI tools for technical decision-making, with knowledge of agentic AI models and chatbot program execution
  • Technical expertise in wireless technologies (4G/5G, Multi-WAN Load Balancing), networking (UDP/TCP, NAT Traversal, Network Security), and data pipelines (Kafka, Protobuf, AWS infrastructure)

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in infrastructure, platform, or product engineering at a software company
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems concepts
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications
  • Background as a software engineer or in a technical role with problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years’ relevant experience in technical program management within technology-driven organizations

Other Requirements:

  • This position is onsite in Foster City, requiring physical presence in a collaborative office environment
  • Ability to participate actively in architectural and technical discussions, providing informed input on feasibility and risks

If you thrive in innovative environments and are passionate about leading transformative engineering projects, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
