Infrastructure Sourcing Specialist

Required Skills:
- 3–5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management experience in hardware, colocation, telecom, or IT infrastructure
- Hands-on experience sourcing compute, network equipment, colocation space, fiber connectivity, and data center services
- Proficiency with procurement platforms such as Zip and Ironclad
- Strong understanding of contracting processes, commercial terms, and financial reconciliation for complex, recurring contracts
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Legal, Security, Finance, and Procurement teams
- Data analysis skills, including quoting, billing reconciliation, and reporting on pipeline and cycle times
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with automation and AI tools for procurement process optimization
- Experience managing vendor relationships in high-growth or tech environments
- Knowledge of TCO analysis and competitive market benchmarking
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience with enterprise-level compute and network infrastructure procurement
Other Requirements:
- Onsite or hybrid work arrangement in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage contract workflows efficiently
- Comfort with technical negotiations and understanding of supply chain risks
