Integration Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy Workato recipes to automate and enhance enterprise applications.
- Develop custom connectors using the Workato SDK to bridge platform-native gaps.
- Manage integration lifecycle, including environment setups and deployment across stages.
- Document data mappings and transformation logic to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize integration workflows.
- Partner with end-users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate use cases.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to coordinate deployments and updates.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on Workato development experience with a portfolio exceeding 100 recipes.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of API architecture (REST/SOAP) and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, Basic Auth).
- Proven experience integrating large-scale enterprise platforms such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and ZOHO.
- Hands-on knowledge of Identity Management systems like Entra ID and Okta.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformations.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms and automation tools beyond Workato.
- Knowledge of Python scripting for data processing.
- Familiarity with enterprise security standards and policies.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant integration development experience in enterprise environments.
Other Requirements:
- This is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, CA, with an expectation of 2-3 days onsite per week.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. as a W2 employee.
