Remote work is available with a PST-friendly schedule, perfect for candidates seeking flexibility and impact on a global scale.

Role Overview:
As the International Accounting Manager, you will oversee the full-cycle accounting for international subsidiaries, including multi-currency transactions, intercompany settlements, and FX analyses. Your strategic insights will influence various finance functions including FP&A and Treasury, contributing to the company’s rapid growth and operational excellence.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in high-growth, SOX-compliant environments
  • Strong expertise with ERP systems, preferably Oracle R12, and proficiency in Excel and large dataset management
  • Experience managing audits and ensuring regulatory compliance across international jurisdictions
  • CPA highly preferred, with a “builder” mindset toward automation and AI integration
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate findings effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based systems like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with AI, automation workflows, and deployment of AI agents in finance processes
  • Working knowledge of foreign currency, FX impact, and international tax considerations
  • Background working with financial reporting tools, such as hyperion, or experience in tech sector finance teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field (CPA preferred)
  • Experience working with Oracle ERP systems and international subsidiaries, ideally at a high-growth tech company
  • Prior exposure to automation tools and AI integrations in financial processes

Other Requirements:

  • This is a remote role, PST preferred; occasional collaboration with global teams is expected
  • Ability to engage with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and finance transformation initiatives
  • Willingness to support special projects and initiatives as the company scales
