This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in managing macOS fleets, automating workflows, and delivering top-tier technical support, all while working onsite in London or NYC.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage identity and access protocols by administering Okta and building workflows for seamless user provisioning across platforms such as Google Workspace, M365, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain macOS devices using top-tier MDM solutions like Kandji or Jamf Pro, ensuring security and efficiency.
  • Provide in-person, high-quality onsite support for the London office, including hardware setup and AV/conference systems.
  • Develop advanced scripts (Python, Bash) and API integrations to automate routine tasks and streamline IT operations.
  • Maintain security best practices, detailed documentation, and precise inventory of hardware and software assets.

Ideal Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in macOS fleet management with Kandji or Jamf Pro.
  • Strong experience automating workflows via Okta Workflows, API, and scripting languages (Python/Bash).
  • Hands-on knowledge of endpoint and network management, including Cisco Meraki, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • High ownership, troubleshooting tenacity, and a proactive support attitude.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with enterprise hardware and networking infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with additional MDM platforms or automation tools.
  • Prior experience operating in startup environments with a high-growth mindset.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Relevant technical certifications and a background operating in fast-paced, high-intensity environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build scalable IT systems and automate repetitive tasks.

Additional Requirements:

  • This role is onsite in London or NYC, requiring a full in-person presence (5 days/week).
  • Willingness to work in a high-energy startup environment, supporting engineering and GTM teams.

Bring your technical mastery and sense of ownership to a role where your skills will directly impact operational excellence and team productivity.
