Job Title: IT Operations Specialist

Required Skills:
- Exceptional technical documentation and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Windows workstation support
- Real-time operations or command-center environments
- TCP/IP networking or systems administration
- Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in NOC/SOC/Operations Center or equivalent 24x7 support environments
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively with DevOps and Infrastructure teams
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant technical experience
- Experience supporting fast-paced, mission-critical operations centers
Other Requirements:
- On-site role based in Foster City, CA (secure facility; background check required)
- Must be available to start as soon as possible
- Willingness to work in a secure environment with in-office presence 5 days a week
