IT Operations Specialist
Join our dynamic team as an IT Operations Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our cutting-edge Technical Operations (TechOps) environment. This hands-on position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical operations center, ensuring the seamless performance of real-time systems in a secure, onsite facility.
In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to document and optimize operational workflows, troubleshoot system dependencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering—to enhance efficiency and reliability. Your contributions will directly impact the stability and performance of live operations, making a real difference in a vibrant technological landscape.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience
- Proven experience in NOC, SOC, or Operations Center environments supporting 24/7 operations
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Windows workstation support, real-time operations, TCP/IP networking, or infrastructure troubleshooting
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting web applications or infrastructure troubleshooting
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools
- Exposure to security protocols in a high-security, onsite environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a command-center or real-time support environment highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Las Vegas, NV
- Shift flexibility required: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, including weekends
- This position is W2 only, with no remote work options
