Required Skills:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex technical programs within matrixed organizations
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, architecture, and lifecycles
- Strong influence and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with technical and executive audiences
- Proven ability to develop and execute program plans, manage risks, and mitigate issues
- Experience with Agile frameworks and principles
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze metrics and trends to inform program progress and strategies
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with AI, ML, and data analytics concepts
- Experience in managing dependencies in complex, multi-team environments
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in technology and software development
- Certification such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management credentials
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of relevant program management experience in technology or software development sectors

- Location: San Diego, CA (onsite; some remote flexibility may be considered)
- Availability to start ASAP
