About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in cloud security, is looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their team for a Contract-to-Hire engagement. This project involves providing critical IT support to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including executive-level stakeholders. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive IT support and troubleshooting for macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Supporting C-suite and executive-level stakeholders with responsive, proactive, and adaptable IT assistance.
  • Managing and troubleshooting enterprise tools such as Okta, MDM solutions, and Google Workspace.
  • Facilitating global onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently and effectively.
  • Delivering broad-level IT support across different functions and time zones.


Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3+ years of impact-driven experience in IT support.
  • Deep expertise in hands-on troubleshooting across macOS (heavier focus) and Windows. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
  • Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Prior experience supporting C-suite/executive-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Okta, MDM solutions, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with global onboarding/offboarding processes and broad-level support across different functions and time zones.
  • High energy and initiative; eager to grow and creatively add value.
  • Ability to help uplevel internal processes and elevate the support function.
