IT Systems Engineer - Moveworks

What You'll Do:
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Moveworks AI Agents, from discovery to production, ensuring impactful deployment aligned with business needs.
- Architect and develop high-impact workflows connecting Moveworks, ServiceNow, Slack, Entra, and other platforms via REST APIs, scripting, and automation tools.
- Facilitate onboarding of new internal teams and knowledge bases, customizing AI solutions to meet diverse organizational requirements.
- Serve as an L2/L3 escalation contact for complex IT operations covering servers, virtualization, cloud services, and help desk systems.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, translating complex solutions into clear, actionable guidance.
Required Skills:
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role with hands-on experience in Moveworks configuration, deployment, and ecosystem integrations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Golang, or PowerShell, with demonstrated expertise in building REST API integrations.
- Solid understanding of IT systems including ServiceNow, Slack, Azure AD (Entra), servers, and directory services.
- Strong communication skills capable of translating technical details for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Ability to meet a mandatory 3 days/week onsite schedule in Palo Alto, CA.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with automation platforms such as Workato, Azure Functions, or AWS Lambda.
- Knowledge of API-driven onboarding processes, knowledge management, and custom AI workflow design.
- Prior exposure to enterprise AI and cloud infrastructure environments.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant technical disciplines.
- 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise IT, systems engineering, or AI platform integration.
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to comply with onsite presence requirements, working 3 days per week in Palo Alto, CA.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive projects to completion.
- Eligible for work authorization in the United States.
