Required Skills:
- Proven experience troubleshooting Macs and Chromebooks
- Ability to resolve mirroring issues to TV screens
- Proficiency in laptop replacement and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Basic knowledge of network configurations
- Familiarity with classroom AV equipment
- Experience working in educational environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or higher
- Prior experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting, especially in school settings
Other Requirements:
- Must own a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel between schools in San Jose
- No mileage reimbursement available; travel is limited to one school per day as determined by the supervisor
- Start date: ASAP, next week
- Work hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, approximately 30-40 hours per week
- Duration: 4-8 weeks, with possibility for extension or conversion to permanent hire
