Job Title: Low Code AI Engineer (Copilot Studio)

Required Skills:
- Proven experience with low-code platforms, specifically Copilot Studio or similar tools
- Strong understanding of AI, data analysis, and business intelligence concepts
- Ability to create and implement rapid proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in using drag-and-drop functionalities to solve complex business questions
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical solutions into business language
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working with Microsoft technologies and pro-code development
- Knowledge of enterprise data architecture and data governance
- Familiarity with process automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience in finance, merchandising, or marketing domains
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics, AI, or low-code development roles
- Demonstrated success in delivering business-focused AI or automation solutions
Other Requirements:
- Location: Remote (Must work EST hours, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Contract duration: 7 months with potential extension based on performance
- Target start date: 08/31/2024
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
