Manager, Corporate FP&A

Required Skills
- Proven experience in Corporate FP&A, including planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting
- Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to communicate complex results clearly
- Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights) or comparable platforms (Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan, Pigment, Planful)
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, or implement planning systems and data integrations
- Knowledge of financial systems such as NetSuite, Workday HCM, and related data reporting tools
- Proficiency with SQL, databases, and reporting systems is a plus
- Practical experience utilizing AI tools like Claude Cowork to enhance efficiency and analysis
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Claude Cowork or similar automation/AI tools in finance workflows
- Familiarity with cloud-based financial systems and integrations
- Advanced skills in data visualization and dashboard creation
- Prior exposure to public company financial environments in a fast-growth setting
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s or CPA a plus
- At least 5 years of progressive FP&A experience, with demonstrated leadership in system implementation and strategic analysis
- Previous experience in a high-growth tech or fintech company is highly desirable
Other Requirements
- Fully remote work environment with flexibility to participate in scheduled meetings during PST hours
- No planned time off for the duration of the contract (September 28, 2023 – April 2, 2027)
- Ability to commit to a long-term engagement and collaborate effectively across teams
