- Proficiency in Salesforce, Sendoso, 6Sense, LinkedIn Navigator, Splash, Slack, PowerPoint, and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent written communication skills, including spelling and grammar accuracy
- Ability to work with vendors and coordinate logistics effectively
- Demonstrated initiative and sense of urgency in task completion
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with technical bootcamps, webcasts, or in-person event logistics
- Knowledge of regional marketing hubs and targeted regional campaigns
- Familiarity with contract management and POs processes
- Experience with reporting and analytics in Salesforce or similar tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role, ideally in technology or software industries

- This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones
- Ability to engage in occasional regional event coordination and virtual meetings
- No travel required, but flexibility to attend virtual or regional events as needed
