About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business operations space, is looking for a skilled NetSuite Developer to join their team for a contract-to-hire engagement. This project involves enhancing and scaling their NetSuite ERP environment to drive operational efficiency across Finance, Operations, and Sales. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running, translate complex business needs into technical solutions, and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Custom Solution Development: Design and develop custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.x/2.1, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), and RESTlets to address unique business requirements.
- Project Leadership: Lead ERP projects from requirements gathering through technical planning, deployment, and post-deployment support.
- System Customization & Maintenance: Build and maintain NetSuite customizations, including workflows (SuiteFlow), scripts, custom records, and user roles/permissions.
- Integration Management: Develop and manage API integrations between NetSuite and external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Coupa, Workato, Ramp) using REST and SOAP protocols.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to ensure technical solutions are scalable, efficient, and well-documented.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- Mid-to-Senior level experience as a NetSuite Developer.
- Deep expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SDF, and building custom integrations.
- Proven experience managing API integrations and understanding complex data structures/flows between systems.
- Subject matter expertise in NetSuite standard functions, including Financials and Order to Cash modules.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively based on business needs.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team and technical/non-technical stakeholders.
